Andrew Gall
(General Committee Member)
I’m Andrew, a committed Eastern Orthodox Christian, passionate educator, and married father of five. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and Christian ministry, I currently teach English (Years 7–8), Year 11 AIF, and Year 10 EIF at Prescott College in Adelaide. I’m also a proud committee member of the Australian Classical Education Society (ACES), where I advocate for a return to timeless literature and classical Christian educational principles.
My teaching is deeply rooted in classical texts, regularly integrating authors such as Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, C.S. Lewis, and J.R.R. Tolkien to cultivate intellectual curiosity and spiritual formation in my students. I hold a Master of Teaching – Secondary (Tabor College Adelaide), with additional qualifications in Biblical and Theological Studies, including Church History, Liturgy, and the New Testament.
I am a former Anglican Priest and Uniting Church Minister.
I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my children play sports. My ultimate goal is to foster in students a lifelong love of learning, grounded in Christian values and the enduring wisdom of the classical tradition.
