ACES is pleased to introduce our free monthly webinars.
These online Zoom sessions will make classical education principles and pedagogy accessible to parents, students, educators and the general public. Each month, we will introduce you to an important aspect of classical learning, including helpful resources, and end with a practical demonstration on how to use these educational methods at home. The webinars will also provide ample opportunity for Q&A and sharing of our experiences.
Our first session is on Wednesday 7 October 2026, beginning at 7pm.
Topics include:
- The classical education landscape in Australia.
- How to integrate the liberal arts.
- A look at the Great Books.
- A practical demonstration of Festina Lente.
- Q&A.

The classical liberal arts education conference, "Education for Human Flourishing" will be held at Campion College, Toongabbie, Sydney over two days: 18-19 September 2026.
Tickets are available for both or single day registration and can be purchased via this link. The event will emphasise practical pedagogy and curriculum discussions and "how-to" workshops on the Friday and a Symposium on the Saturday, aimed toward broader discussion and debate around educational policy and socio-cultural issues.
This event is designed for attendees to engage in a renewed vision of learning that includes many opportunities for active participation and interaction, this is not just another talkfest; from workshops, Q&A sessions, as well as return of our "Classical Commons" installation where people can take a moment to engage in community with reading, poetry, philosophy-on-the-couch or making art, in addition to networking with like-minded organisations.
